Branded Business Cups | Corporate Reusable Cup Printing

Most of our business clients fall into one of four use cases. First, internal sustainability schemes: companies replacing single-use coffee cups in the office canteen with branded reusables that staff keep at their desk. The economics flip positive in under a year for any team running more than a few hundred coffees per day, and the branded cup doubles as light internal merchandise. Second, conferences and trade shows: organisers running reusable cup schemes across multi-day events, sometimes with sponsor co-branding on the cup itself. Third, sponsor-led hospitality suites: corporate boxes at sports grounds and concert venues running the venue's matchday cups but with the corporate sponsor printed in the wrap-around space. Fourth, client gifting: agencies, professional services firms and consultancies producing a small run of premium printed cups as a Christmas or onboarding gift.

Which cup model fits which use case? Half-pints (10oz / 330ml) are the workhorse of office canteens, conferences and gifting; they fit a flat white, a long black, a soft drink or a glass of wine, and they stack well behind a coffee machine or in a kitchen drawer. Pints (568ml) suit hospitality bars, internal beer fridges and post-work events. Hot drinks cups (10oz with optional lid) handle coffee shop and barista runs. Wine cups and stackable flutes cover client dinners and AGM hospitality. Most corporate orders we ship are mixed: a primary cup printed in full colour with the brand, plus a smaller run of a complementary cup type for variety.

On print, we strongly recommend full-colour IML for corporate work. The artwork is moulded into the cup wall, so it can't fade, peel or scratch off in industrial dishwashers, and there's no per-colour upcharge: a four-colour brand mark with photographic detail prices the same as a single colour wordmark. For shorter runs (a few hundred cups for a one-off client gift), single-colour screen print is the lower-MOQ alternative. Both are dishwasher-safe; IML survives commercial cycles for years.

Lead times work to most corporate timelines.
