We control the entire process end to end, from the polypropylene melt through the IML print to the pallet on the lorry. Most of our customers pay between 20% and 40% less per cup than they would buying through a reseller chain. The cups themselves are food-grade BPA-free polypropylene, UKCA and CE marked at the legal fill line, dishwasher safe at commercial temperatures, and built to survive 200 or more wash cycles. The IML print process (in-mould labelling) embeds the artwork into the cup wall during moulding, so it can't fade, peel, scratch off or wash out. There's no per-colour upcharge on IML, so a four-colour photographic design costs the same to print as a single colour wordmark. For shorter runs or simpler logos, we offer single-colour screen print as a budget-friendly option.

Standard lead times are 10 working days from artwork sign-off. Our Eco Saver tier ships in 25 working days at our lowest unit price (most of our largest customers order this way to lock in the best price).
